For a correction, please include the page address, the sentence you think is wrong and, if possible, a source we can check. That makes it much faster to verify and fix.
How corrections are handled
When a correction is reported, we first check the original public source. If the guide is wrong, we fix the sentence and, where the change is significant, note that it was updated. If the point is genuinely open, we rewrite the sentence to say what is known rather than overstate it. We do not accept requests to promote products or services.
